What We cover
Once a sitter is confirmed, the booking fee isn't refundable, and cancellations made within 24 hours incur a cancellation fee equal to three (3) hours of pay. We know that's not what anyone wants to think about while planning a night out, but it's important that your sitter can count on the booking too.

Before You Book
Weddings, rehearsal dinners, hotel stays, overnights, corporate events, private parties, bookings for 10 or more children, holidays (including New Years Eve, Valentine's Day, holiday weekends, and Mother's/ Father's Day weekend),and last minute requests (any request made within 24 hours). If you're not sure whether your event fits, send us the details and we'll tell you.
Event bookings carry a $45 booking fee per sitter per day, plus a suggested hourly rate that varies with the number of children in each sitter's care. Rates are settled directly with your sitters, holiday rates differ, and groups of 10 or more children are quoted individually.
Yes. We regularly work with families staying at Boston area hotels and in town for weddings and events. Bookings outside Boston include a travel and gas fee. If you need care through the night, see our overnight sitters.
Someone our founders know personally or who came highly recommended by someone they trust. Many are moms themselves, along with teachers and nurses. You can meet the sitters before you book.

We suggest booking with as much notice as possible to secure a sitter.
