Once a sitter is confirmed, the booking fee isn't refundable, and cancellations made within 24 hours incur a cancellation fee equal to three (3) hours of pay. We know that's not what anyone wants to think about while planning a night out, but it's important that your sitter can count on the booking too.

Before You Book
Your sitter arrives in the evening, handles bedtime and the overnight hours, and stays through the morning routine. Awake hours are billed hourly on top of the overnight flat rate, so a sitter who's up early with your kids is covered without a separate booking.
Overnight bookings carry a $45 booking fee per sitter per day, plus a suggested $150 flat overnight rate and an hourly rate for awake hours that varies with the number of children. Rates are settled directly with your sitter, and holiday rates differ.
Yes. We regularly work with families staying at Boston area hotels and in town for weddings and events. Bookings outside Boston include a travel and gas fee. See our weddings and special events options if childcare is part of a larger celebration.
