We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate an increase in number of children.

If however an additional caregiver cannot be sourced, the additional children cannot be admitted into the SS wedding services and must remain in the sole care of the parents.

12.3No reductions in price of booking will be made for reduced numbers of children booked to attend the wedding service after a booking has been made.

12.7SS shall not in any circumstances accept any responsibility for personal belongings of the children, parents or guardians.

12.8 Ratios

12.8.1We work to the following babysitter : child ratios when providing wedding & special event babysitters.

Babysitter to child ratios by age group
Age group Babysitter : Child
Newborn to 12 months1 : 2
1–2 years1 : 3
2–3 years1 : 4
3–5 years1 : 5
5+ years2 : 6

These ratios are a combination of legislative standards and our experience of providing quality care. Ratios of babysitters : children can be higher (but not lower) – for example, you may have children attending with some additional, individual needs that require a 1:1 care.

12.9Refreshments and food shall be provided for the SS babysitters on the day of the event.

12.10If the Booking occurs over mealtimes a meal for the caregiver(s) shall be provided by the client.

12.11If the location of the wedding exceeds more than 15 miles from caregivers place of residence, an extra charge for gas will be charged.
